Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom Voice ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License Grant

Bloomforge LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Bloom Voice on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the applicable platform terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for iOS, Google Play Terms of Service for Android).

Wellness Disclaimer

Bloom Voice is a wellness and practice tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. For clinical voice therapy or guidance on voice-related medical decisions, consult a licensed speech-language pathologist or qualified medical professional.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app for the purpose of creating a competing product or service.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the app in bulk or in ways not intended by the interface.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part of it.

Future Paid Features

Bloom Voice may offer optional paid features in the future. These would be clearly identified, and your existing access to free features will not be removed or degraded to compel a purchase. Any in-app purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective store's refund and billing policies.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Bloom Voice (including its design, code, branding, and documentation) belong to Bloomforge LLC. You retain full ownership of any voice recordings or content you create using the app. We claim no rights over your voice or personal data.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bloom Voice is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloomforge LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of Bloom Voice shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using Bloom Voice at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
