Our Privacy Promise

Bloom Voice is built on a simple principle: your voice is yours. Audio is processed on your device, and Bloom never transmits it or any of your data anywhere. Nothing leaves your device unless you deliberately choose to share it. We have no servers collecting your information, no analytics watching your behavior, and no interest in changing that.

What Data Bloom Voice Processes

When you use Bloom Voice, your device's microphone captures audio for real-time pitch visualization. This audio is processed on your device. It is not transmitted to any server, and Bloomforge LLC does not have access to it.

What Bloom Voice Stores on Your Device

Currently, Bloom Voice stores only your app preferences (such as display settings) locally on your device.

In the future, Bloom Voice may offer features that store voice recordings and practice data locally on your device, encrypted. This data would remain on your device and would not be accessible to Bloomforge LLC or any third party.

Sharing a Recording

Bloom Voice can play back a short recording of your most recent session so you can hear yourself. If you choose to share that recording, Bloom writes a temporary audio file on your device and hands it to your operating system's share sheet. That file is encrypted, excluded from device backups, and deleted right after you finish. Where the recording goes (saved to your files, or sent to another app or person) is entirely your choice and happens outside Bloom. Bloomforge LLC never receives it and has no access to it.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not transmit your audio or any personal data off your device.
• We do not use analytics or tracking of any kind.
• We do not include third-party SDKs.
• We do not display advertisements.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not require accounts or collect email addresses through the app.

Third-Party SDKs

Bloom Voice contains no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect or transmit data.

Children

Bloom Voice is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and Everyone on Google Play. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, there are no special concerns regarding children's privacy. No information is gathered from users of any age.

Data Retention and Deletion

Bloomforge LLC does not retain any user data on servers, because we never transmit your data off your device. All app data is stored locally on your device under your control. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling Bloom Voice from your device; this removes all preferences and any locally stored content created by the app.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have rights regarding your personal data. Because Bloom Voice does not collect or store personal data on our systems, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. All app data stored locally on your device can be removed completely by uninstalling the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on our website. Continued use of Bloom Voice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
